The Claim Wizard is a Client database for the PC. It is designed to simplify the management of OHS "Claim for Payment" forms and allow Electronic posting of the claims (E-Claim) to HIC with a minimum of effort and rejects.
It is compatible with all versions of Windows including Windows 8.1, Windows Server and Virtual Server (32 and 64 bits)

The Claims are entered directly into the software and printed before being signed by the client. The software then manages the upload of the claims to OHS

Tracking Claims
Unprocessed or rejected claims are monitored to make sure none are missed. With E-Claim the rejections are known almost immediately and can be re-processed the same day, saving lengthy delays in reprocessing and loss of income.

The Claim Window
Adding is simple as data is drawn from existing lists, like the list of OHS items. The software makes sure you do not make mistakes or leave missing information thereby reducing dramatically the number orf rejects.

Electronic Voucher Lodgement
Voucher request and Verification, as well as change of client address can be lodge electronically.

HS Card Management
The Claim Wizard keep track of the Client's HS card expiry date. It will warn when a client's card is expired and will list expired cards or cards about to expire. Client's HS Cards can be printed in several formats with the Client;s battery type, and monthly HS card claims can be processed automatically. The process is very simple (Screen below), you just need to follow the arrows and it is done.

Client Listings / Mailmerge
Client listings can be printed with a large number of selections. Listings format, margins and fonts are selectable. Mailmerge data files can be created with the same selection as Listings. The fields included can be selected from the list of fields available.

Client Labels
Mailing labels can be printed with the same selection as listings. Five label formats are available including a custom format.

Statistics
Statistics by month or year show the number of claims and rejects.

Uploading E-Claims
Claims can be processed electronically to simplify the claiming process and decrease the amount of paperwork. Rejects are identified the same day and can be corrected and re-sent the next day .

The process of uploading the Claims has been made very simple, just follow the red arrows as in the Upload screen shown here. The program guides you each step of the way.

Downloading E-Claims
A couple of hours after uploading your claims, the result file can be downloaded from HIC. The download is necessary so that you know what has been accepted, what has been rejected, the amount paid and the date of the payment.

The process is simple, again follow the arrows. At the end of the process, you will print your own Statement of benefit, all the claims will be marked as PAID or REJECTED, all this only a few hours after the Upload.

Requirements

The software will run on any PC and runs on all versions of Windows, including the latest Windows 10 (32 and 64 bit) as well as MS server 2012, 2016 and 2019. Minimum screen resolution is 1024 x 768


Availability
This software package is available now. It comes on CD, or USB key, with a printed manual and on-line help files.

Technical Support
Free technical support and remote assistance is available for a period of six months after purchase. This include remote support, remote training and free updates, if available during this period. The technical support can be renewed on a yearly basis.
