Our company was started many years ago to create audiometry software, filling the gap in industrial screening audiometry software.

Biotronic, as an Australian company, identified a need for locally designed and supported software. Australian laws and regulations are quite different from other countries, and often we find that overseas suppliers are unable to accommodate local needs, so we designed our own software.

We have now expanded our range and are including other countries standards as well, like Canada, USA, New Zealand and Malaysia, as well as hearing aid practice management software.

Biotronic has acquired a reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. Our software have become industry standard. It incorporates many features that are the direct result of requests or suggestions from our customers.
