What is new in Claim Wizard Pro Version 6.43 (15 June 2024)
- New HSP item prices are now included for year 2025-2025, but the 2023-2024 prices are still available in the software.
- This update automatically updates the maintenance and co-payment prices but if your Topup maintenance prices are different from the basic cost, you will need to adjust them yourself in Setup > Preference > Maintenance
- When you add a claim, the HSP Item prices (23-24 or 24-25) are automatically selected based on the date of service.
- The old prices will be availble until the end of August
- The Health Fund number has been added to the list of fields in the merge letters.
- The Stock OnHand now includes the supplier's invoice number.
- When selecting a Stock OnHand, the supplier's invoice number is automatically copied to the Hearing Aid record
- You can now print a Stock OnHand report from the Stock selection screen
- New field in the Client to record a possible preferred name. This is only for verbal communications with the client.

What is new in Claim Wizard Pro Version 6.07 (21 November 2021)
- New feature in Utility > Adjust Maintenance Expiry Date to adjust a one day error due to last year being a leap year.
  This feature, which can only be run once, will add one day to the existing maintenance expiry date,
  so future maintenance renewal dates will be correct.

- The Stock and Device code tables have been merged into one table for simplicity sake.  When selecting an aid, the program will automatically know which type to select based on the Client type.

A new Help option is also available for Stock management in the Help menu to explain the process step by step.
However the data can be used as is.

- Each site can now have their own individual address stored in Setup > Picklist > Site. A flag allows that address to be used or alternatively the main address from the preference to be used

- Remember that C1 and C2 prices already automatically include BTE Fees of $25.95 Batteries & Maintenance:

New Screen Resolution
- Most screens have been updated to the new default resolution of 1024 x 768 to match the OHS Portal minimum resolution. If your computer monitor only supports 800 x 600, you will need to update it
- Some less often used screens still have to be enlarged. This will happen in the next month as time permits.
- In Client list, you can now list by expired vouchers (Date issued + 3 years)
- The Send and Receive OHS batch screens have been updated to make the process easier to manage

New Letter System

- The letter System has been updated to allow insertion of graphics and tables. The editor will now displays text and graphic exactly as they will appear on the printer, which means there will be no need for previews. You will be able to see and control the page breaks, and even include page numbers.
- Your old Templates will need updating, but there is a button that will do this automatically for you at the top centre of the letter screen which look like this. xx
- Make sure to read the new Letter Help file to find out how the new features work.
- The Renew Batteries and Maintenance screen has been updated with the new letter system
- All the List screens incorporate the new Letter system
